Way to Go CATO!!

2011 has been a busy and productive training year for our 4 and a half year
old Belgian Malinois Cato! All titles are owner-handled accomplishments!
• CD, in July (with 4 legs)
• RE, in July (with 4 legs)
• TD (Tracking Dog), in October
• HSAs (Herding Started Course 'A' Sheep) with 2 Reserve High in
Trial placements (one at the National Specialty), title in June
• one Novice Standard agility leg (at National Specialty)

We love Cato! Cato has a wonderful temperament and is a fabulous ambassador to the breed. Cato is also known as Ch. Taliesin Crimson Casanova, CD, RE, TD, HSAs.

Success for NorthWind Goldens

Webshire's Dream Catcher SH ** A.K.A. "Raine"
Owned by : Judy Rathbun

On Sept 4th Raine was skillfully taken to the line by Brian Hartfield and earned her Senior Hunt Title. The following weekend Sept 10th & 11th she also earned 2 Master passes. She then went onto Georgia with Brian for the 2011 Golden Retriever National and came home the Winner of the GRCA Derby Trial. (she now has stars behind her name)..Amazingly in 2010 at the GRCA National it was Lisa Hartfield who took Raine to the line and won Puppy Stakes with her.. What is truly remarkable, it that Raine isn't 2 years old yet.. I am very proud of this little girl..

Congrats Sammy!!

I took my Irish Setter, Ch Courtwood Samaritan CD BN RAE NA NAJ NAP OJP, to the Irish Setter National Show in Oklahoma City May 1st - 7th. He completed his Beginner Novice B title and earned a fourth place at the show. We then went on to receive the NAJ high score trophy for 2010 at our annual awards banquet. Those of you who have watched us at the agility trials know what a busy-body Sammy can be and I was thrilled to receive the award.
